I’m Bethany, the slightly frazzled but forever optimistic mom behind The SAHM Boss Project. Let’s be real – motherhood is a wild, beautiful, and downright messy ride. One minute, you’re basking in the glow of baby giggles, and the next, you’re dodging flying Cheerios and wondering when your last uninterrupted shower was. Spoiler alert: it’s been a while.
I was determined to be the perfect parent when I first became a mom. Armed with a Pinterest board full of crafty ideas and an unrealistic expectation of serenity, I dove headfirst into motherhood. Reality, of course, had other plans. My once immaculate home turned into a battlefield of toys, my yoga pants became my uniform, and my diet consisted of leftover mac and cheese and cold coffee. I found myself feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and questioning if I’d ever find a balance.
